GNA participated as a visitor in the 2025 edition of Fruit Logistica, the prestigious international trade fair dedicated to the fruit and vegetable sector, which took place in Berlin from February 5 to 7. The visit proved to be extremely productive, offering numerous opportunities to meet with distributors and end customers, both Italian and international.
During these days, we were able to strengthen existing relationships and start new collaborations, confirming the strategic value of the fair as a moment of growth and business development.

Focus on Technologies: Automation and Robotics

A central theme of the 2025 edition of Fruit Logistica was the use of integrated automation and robotics solutions in the fruit and vegetable packaging and processing sector. GNA is also actively investing in this field and is preparing to present new innovative technological solutions in the near future.

New Product Trends and Sustainable Packaging

Among the exhibited products, we observed a growing presence of fresh ready-to-eat meals in bucket or square lunch boxes, a sign of evolving consumption habits: the market increasingly demands healthy and light solutions for out-of-home consumption.
On the packaging front, sustainability remains a primary focus. Once again, great attention was given to alternative materials to plastic, such as recyclable and compostable flexible films, as well as single-material paper solutions or those combined with plastic films to improve machinability and packaging functionality.

A Growth and Exchange Opportunity

Fruit Logistica 2025 represented an important opportunity for GNA to engage with partners and collaborators on industry trends and future challenges. The insights gathered during the fair will lead to new projects, currently under study, and will further strengthen our commitment to technological innovation and sustainable packaging
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this experience stimulating and rewarding.
