Reconciling small/restricted production spaces with high efficiency requirements is not always easy, nor is it taken for granted. And that is why GNA, when faced with these challenges, never backs down when its customers place special demands on it. When a market leader in the fourth range sector approached us to ask for a compact, high-performance weighing and filling line, to be placed in very limited production spaces, we created the V80C, a declination of one of the top products in the GNA range, the V80S basket filling carousel, which is extremely flexible and versatile, but suitable for larger production spaces.
V80C
The mod.V80C filling carrousel, thanks to its innovative technical features, which highlight precision and efficiency, is the ideal solution for filling trays and tubs of various sizes and shapes (round, square, rectangular).
AISI 304 stainless steel is the exclusive component of the frame, switchboards and panels, and guarantees high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Depending on requirements, various accessories are available to add to the basic version of the V80C. Brushless motors enable high performance in terms of speed and precision regarding the rotating disc and pressing movement.

The V80C carousel, thanks to its small dimensions but with guaranteed high productivity, is also well suited for other projects, when precision and reliability are required in small environments. It has also been recently redesigned mechanically, to improve its robustness and functionality, with easier access for maintenance and sanitisation operations.
